Who runs this

Level Up Fighter is made by one independent developer. Contact: hello@levelupfighter.com.

What we collect

Only the email address you type into the form, and only if you tick the box. Nothing else. There are no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising tools on this site.

Why

To email you when the app is on the App Store, and to invite you to test it early. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it

The list is kept with Buttondown, an email service, with open and click tracking switched off. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps short-lived technical logs needed to run the service.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, or until the project stops. If the project stops, the list is deleted.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, or email the address above to see, correct or delete what we hold. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

The app

The app has no account and no sign-in. Everything you log (sessions, techniques, grades, weigh-ins) is stored on your phone only. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and no analytics or advertising tools are built in.

When the app opens it checks for updates with our update service (Expo). That check sends a random number that identifies the installation, the app version and the phone's platform. It carries nothing you logged and cannot be linked to you.

Because your log lives only on your phone, deleting the app deletes your log. There is no backup on our side.

If a future version offers anything that sends training data off the phone, such as a backup or sharing a session with a training partner, it will be off until you switch on that specific kind, and this notice will be updated first.
